Hii, and a warm welcome to my webpage! I'm Akash Kumar Singh, a dedicated student exploring the fascinating world of Artificial Intelligence (AI). My academic journey has taken me through prestigious institutions like IISER-Bhopal, where I earned my BS in Data Science & Engineering. Now, I find myself at the esteemed IIT-Delhi, where I am pursuing my MS in AI. Throughout this journey, I've been fully engaged in the cutting-edge fields of AI.
Research Interests:My current research centers on the fusion of Graph Neural Networks (GNNs) & Physics Informed ML, with an emphasis on applications in modeling and controlling physical systems. Specifically, I am investigating how GNNs can be effectively utilized to represent complex graph-structured data inherent in various physical systems, while leveraging RL techniques to optimize decision-making and control strategies. Additionally, I maintain a strong interest and background in deep learning methodologies, particularly in image analysis. My expertise spans Classification/Segmentation, Representation Learning, Adversarial Attacks & Defenses, Self-Supervised Learning (SSL) and Few-shot Learning. I am enthusiastic about delving into advanced techniques like Diffusion models and GANs within these domains. Moreover, I am intrigued by the application of these techniques in diverse domains including Geospatial AI, Bio-medical Imaging, AI Security. I am deeply committed to leveraging AI for social good and tackling global challenges.
